  Would give negative stars if possible. Took 2 weeks to get a call back, then 4 more weeks for an appointment Amanda scheduled, then never showed up for. I took the day off from work for this appointment, left 2 messages that morning asking where were they, and had my animals crated for over 2 hours (cats) and no call back to me ever. Shockingly unprofessional, so irresponsible, and disrespectful. I hate to think something terrible happened to them for this kind of service, however, the lack of call back and explanation even to this day is unforgivably, despite my request for the reason this happened. My appointment was scheduled for April 10th, and was booked with Amanda March 7th.

  When you realize that Vet offices are being bought up by big companies and turned into money making machines it's a relief to find a Vet that is independent of that and trustworthy. They care for your animals like their own. Add in MOBILE services and we're lifers.
